Payment and dispatch

Note: We do everything we can to protect the environment, so wherever possible we send our orders in recycled boxes. If you'd prefer us to use a new box for your order, please just add a quick note to let us know when placing your order!

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

We offer domestic delivery (Germany), as well as delivery to the following countries:

Asia & Australia:
- Asia & Australia Category 1: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Singapore, South Korea & Taiwan
- Asia & Australia Category 2: Australia & New Zealand
Europe:
- Europe Category 1: Belgium, Malta, Sweden, Bulgaria, Ireland, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia), the Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Slovenia, Estonia, Croatia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Finland (excluding the Aland Islands), Latvia, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Hungary, Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Luxemburg, Romania & Cyprus (excluding the northern part).
- Europe Category 2: Switzerland
- Europe Category 3: Norway
North America (Canada & the United States)

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 4.00 € per order.

From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Asia & Australia:
- Asia & Australia Category 1: For deliveries to China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Singapore, South Korea & Taiwan:
  - For orders with a total weight of 2 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 29.00 €.
  - For orders between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 49.00 €.
  - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 59.00 €.
  - Once we have received your order, we will calculate the final weight and, if an additional fee applies, we will contact you via email and prepare an invoice via your preferred payment method - we will ship your order as soon as this additional fee has been paid.
- Asia & Australia Category 2: We have two shipping options for deliveries to Australia & New Zealand: Standard and Premium. Please note: If you're unsure which option would be best for your order, please get in touch or leave a note on your order to let us know - we will then research the shipping options for your specific order and let you know what's available.
  - Standard shipping (by sea - may take over 40 days to arrive in Australia & over 50 days to arrive in New Zealand):
    - For orders under 50.00 €:
      - For orders with a total weight of 2 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 20.00 €.
      - For orders between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 46.00 €.
      - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 62.00 €.
    - For orders over 50.00 €:
      - For orders with a total weight of 5 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 46.00 €.
      - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 62.00 €.
  - Premium shipping (by air - should arrive within approx. 7 - 14 working days):
    - For orders under 200.00 €:
      - For orders with a total weight of 2 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 38.00 €.
      - For orders between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 68.00 €.
      - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 108.00 €.
    - For orders over 200.00 €:
      - For orders with a total weight of 5 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 68.00 €.
      - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 108.00 €.
  - Once we have received your order, we will calculate the final weight and, if an additional fee applies, we will contact you via email and prepare an invoice via your preferred payment method - we will ship your order as soon as this additional fee has been paid.
Europe:
- Europe Category 1: We charge a flat shipping fee of 9.90 € for deliveries to countries listed in the 'Dispatch Conditions' section above under "Europe Category 1". From an order value of 120.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments to these countries free of cost.
- Europe Category 2: We charge a flat shipping fee of 15.99 € for deliveries to Switzerland.
- Europe Category 3: We charge a flat shipping fee of 21.99 € for deliveries to Norway.
North America: We have two shipping options for deliveries to the Canada & the United States (US): Standard and Premium. Please note: If you're unsure which option would be best for your order, please get in touch or leave a note on your order to let us know - we will then research the shipping options for your specific order and let you know what's available.
- Standard shipping (by sea - may take over 30 days to arrive):
  - For orders under 50.00 €:
    - For orders with a total weight of 2 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 20.00 €.
    - For orders between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 38.00 €.
    - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 52.00 €.
  - For orders over 50.00 €:
    - For orders with a total weight of 5 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 48.00 €.
    - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 78.00 €.
- Premium shipping (by air - should arrive within approx. 7 days):
  - For orders with a total weight of 2 kg or less, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40.00 €.
  - For orders between 2.1 and 5 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 54.00 €.
  - For orders between 5.1 and 10 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of 91.00 €.
- Once we have received your order, we will calculate the final weight and, if an additional fee applies, we will contact you via email and prepare an invoice via your preferred payment method - we will ship your order as soon as this additional fee has been paid.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 70 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
